At Cover Edge, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services including web design, e-commerce solutions, digital marketing, SEO, video editing, and graphic design. Because our services are digital and customized in nature, our refund policy is outlined below.

Service-Based Payments

All payments made for services are considered payments for time, expertise, planning, and digital execution. Once work has started on a project, refunds are limited as outlined below.

Project Cancellation

Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before work has started, you are eligible for a full refund minus payment processing fees.

After Work Has Started

If work has already started:

  • Refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed.
  • Any completed milestones, consultations, research, strategy development, or design work will be deducted from the total amount.
  • In most cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project commencement
  • Failure to provide required content or communication
  • Delays caused by the client
  • Completed digital deliverables already shared
  • Monthly marketing retainers after the billing cycle has started

Digital Products & Downloads

If any digital templates, downloadable resources, or one-time digital products are purchased, these are non-refundable once delivered.

Monthly Services (SEO, Marketing, Management)

For recurring services:

  • You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds are issued for work already performed within the current month.

Dispute Resolution

We believe in professionalism and clear communication. If you are not satisfied with our service:

  • Our goal is to resolve issues through discussion and fair evaluation.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in:

  • Immediate project termination
  • Suspension of services
